觀光休閒產業地方化推動模式之探討

A Study of Development Models for Tourism Industry Localization

摘要


觀光休閒產業由於產業特性、區域經濟發展、產業結構轉型、地方自治與社區主義的因素,逐漸在地方形成。中央政府與地方政府、業者也都積極推動。為落實觀光休閒產業地方化計畫,本文參酌相關概念與架構,以及經濟部在苗栗縣推動觀光休閒產業地方化的經驗,歸納出觀光休閒產業地方化推動模式的雛型,期望能夠對於推動類似計畫有所助益,並累積觀光休閒產業經營管理知識。

A lot of evidences show that tourism industry has being localized due to the characteristics of tourism industry, development of regional economy, changing of industry structure, and empowerment of local government and community. The central government and local government, as well as enterprises are actively involved in localization of tourism industry. This article was an attempt to induce a model that could be useful for guiding efforts toward tourism industry localization. Referring to some related concepts and empirical experience, this model was proposed for further applications, confirmation and amendment.
