臺灣地區高爾夫球場經營管理現況與其問題之探討

摘要

隨著國內許多財團、企業們相繼加入高爾夫球場的開發行列，使得此項戶外休閒產業的發展日趨熱絡。然環顧國內外戶外遊憩之相關文獻卻少有針對此產業做探討，故本文以扼要的方式來介紹國內高爾夫球場的經營管理現況，針對其經營與管理上所面臨的相關問題加以探究並提出若干建議，冀望能提供產、官、學界在經營、管理與研究上之參考。

Because the domestic business groups and enterprises continuously invest in the development of golf courses, it is quite clear that the golf industry has become an increasingly popular outdoor recreation business. However, only a few literature has explored this industry in the field of outdoor recreationre search. Therefore, this paper tried to discuss the management situations of golf courses in Taiwan. and, hopefully, to present some suggestions for the solutions of these problems and to point out some possible future research directions.
