Departure and encounter- the two main phases of their traveling experiences are analyzed and discussed. In addition, it summaries their stories of preconception of destination and motivation prior to cross-border traveling, self-adjustment to environmental and cultural differences, interaction with other people during traveling, recognized self-change, and meaning of journey.
