多元文化課程評鑑指標之建構-以新台灣之子學校課程為例

The Study of Constructing Evaluation Indicators of Multicul Tural Curriculum-The Example of Foreign Spouse's Children

摘要


本研究之主要目的即在於從多元文化之理念基礎與相關文獻著手,以德懷研究研擬建構具體之多元文化課程評鑑指標,以作為教育行政主管機關及學校規劃新台灣之子學校課程之參考。為達研究目的,首先透過文獻探討與分析,作為編製「新台灣之子學校課程評鑑指標」之理論基礎。其次,研究者選擇十位德懷術小組成員,共同參與本研究三個回合之連續性德懷術研究調查。最後,再將這些問卷結果加以量化統計分析,本研究所初步建構之指標分從「課程準備」、「課程目標」、「課程設計與實施」、「課程成效」等四項課程評鑑之層面,各個層面之內涵如下: 一、在課程準備方面,包括組織建置與成員參與、脈絡分析與供需評估、計畫擬定與課程宣導等三個向度。 二、在課程目標方面,包括認知概念的理解、技能與行動力的養成、情意與價值觀的建立等三個向度。 三、在課程設計與實施方面,包括社會正義的實踐、差異多元的開展、社會文化的學習、聲音歷史的再現、溝通對話的建立等五個向度。 四、在課程成效方面,包括新台灣之子、教師和家長等三個向度。 最後,本研究對新台灣之子學校課程實施評鑑內涵與學校課程實施者與評鑑者提出幾點建議。

This study focused on constructing evaluation indicators of foreign spouse's children multicultural curriculum. The methods of the literature review and Delphi questionnaire survey were employed. The major findings were as following: 1. There were three dimensions at the stage of curriculum preparation, including organization construction and the teaching staff participation, context analysis and need-supply estimation, plan and curriculum announcement. 2. There were three dimensions at the stage of curriculum objectives setting, including cognitive concepts, skills and movements development, affection and attitude building. 3. There were five dimensions at the stage of curriculum designing and implementation, including the practice of social justice, culture diversity development, different culture learning, the appearance of history and voice, and the dialogue between the teacher and students. 4. There were three dimensions at the stage of curriculum results, including students, teachers, and the foreign spouses.
