纖維集合體應用於無土栽培之研究

摘要


本研究係以不同纖維細度之聚酯纖維為原料;將其置入模具後施以熱定型製成纖維集合體;進而探討其適用於無土栽培上之各項特性。由本實驗範圍結果顯示;在纖維細度2.5d時;密度0.04g/cm3時;其成型率、孔隙率、氣相體積分率、液相體積分率、保水率均呈現較佳的狀況;因此最適合用於無土栽培。

This research is using Polyester Fiber as material. After put it into a fixed volume and heated become Polyester Fiber Groups. We discuss the suitability on soilless culture medium. The research shows that when the thin of fiber group is at 2.5d and the density, at 0.04 g/cm3, the pore space percent, water phase percent,air capacity percent, containing water percent and volume reducing percent is the best. For this reason, it is more suitable for soilless culture medium.
