不同發泡劑對紙漿纖維混合酚醛發泡板之物性研究

摘要


本文係探討紙漿纖維以不同發泡劑製成發泡體之後的物性及其比較。將模擬發泡工業中所用的化學發泡法來製作樣本;並加入適量的酚醛樹脂以黏合纖維;同時可藉酚醛樹脂賦予樣本防火性。然後比較以不同發泡劑所製成的樣本物性。結果顯示;以有機發泡劑所製成的樣本在強度上比使用無機發泡劑所製之樣本小2.5~20.0%;在透氣度方面;有機型比無機型大20.6~30.7%;在餘燼時間上;有機型比無機型少20.0~30.4%;在吸水量方面;有機型則比無機型大19.3~29.3%。

This paper discusses the physical properties of the pulp fiber foaming board with foam by different foams and makes a compare between them. We make the samples by the chemical foaming method which is used in the foam industry. And we add some phenol-formaldehyde resin in order to combine cellulose with cellulose and make the sample have fireproof at the same time. Then we compare the physical properties of the samples which are made by different foams. The result showed that the strength of the sample made by organic foam was 2.5~20.0% lower then the sample’s made by inorganic foam. The allowing ventilation of the sample made by organic foam was 20.6-30.7% higher then the sample’s made by inorganic foam. The ember time of the sample made by organic foam was 20.0~30.4% less then the sample’s made by inorganic foam. The water absorption of the sample made by organic foam was 19.3~29.3% higher then the sample’s made by inorganic foam.
