聚丙烯酸的添加對椰纖無土栽培之影響

摘要


本研究係以廢棄椰子纖維為原料,經由所設定的模具形狀,作成固型無土栽培介質。製程中添加不同比率的眾乙烯醇當作黏合劑並加入適量之聚丙烯酸為保水劑做成實驗樣本,再經由各項物理及化學性質的測試後,探討植 物最佳的生長環境條件。實驗結果顯示,在PYA添加濃度為3.5-5.0%與SAP 添加比率在3.71-4.28%時,可獲適當的成型性,同時具有最佳的植物生長 環境條件。

The research used coir waste as raw material. When the material went through a designed pattern mold, it formed a fixed pattern as coir culture media. During the processing, different rates of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and proper super absorption polymer (SAP) were added to make an experimental sample. In order to investigate the best environment for the plant growth, several physical and chemical properties were examined. The experimental results indicated that when the added concentration of PYA is between 3.5~5.0 % and SAP added rate is between3.71-4.28%, a suitable pattern mold can be obtained. It's also indicated that the rate is the best groWIng environment for the plant growth.
