廢Kevlar纖維製銅箔積層板原紙之研究

摘要


本研究餘採用廢Kevlar纖維與NBKP紙漿以製作成積層板用原紙。首先抄造50 : 50、70 : 30、90 : 10三種不同配比的原紙,並添加三種不同含量的分散劑。經由抗張強度、頂破強度、透氣度及平滑度 等各種物性比較,以求得最適當抄造條件的積層板原紙;再利用電子顯微鏡來觀察原紙的表面結構型態,以利於日後的研究與改善。由實 驗得知,以50 : 50的比例所抄造的原紙,具有較佳的物理強度。

In this study, Kevlar fiber and wood fiber of NBKP were used to make up the laminated base paper. Three kinds of base paper were made under different formula conditions, and three different quantities contained PAM fillers were added into papers. The most proper base paper was evaluated by the comparison of tensile strength, bursting strength, porosity, and paper smoothness; and the surface structure pattern of base paper was observed by using SEM. From the result of experiment, it was found that the pulp formula of Kevlar: NBKP = 50: 50 will have better physical properties than the others.
