添加紫外線吸收劑及抗氧化劑對鹽基性染料與Nomex單體 之光褪色動力型態研究

摘要


本實驗主要是添加不同紫外線吸收劑及抗氧化劑以不同鹽基性染料 分別與間二胺基苯、異苯二醯氯及間二胺基苯和異苯二醯氯混合物置於石英管內經碳弧光照射後,對其光褪色曲線及光褪色速率的變化進行研究。 由實驗結果得知,染料及Nomex單體在DMF溶劑中,添加紫外線吸收劑用量越多,則褪色較不明顯,其中在問二胺基苯中,效果最佳。在DMF溶劑中,添加苯並三唑(APS)紫外線吸收劑配合抗氧化劑(C)及Nomex單體之光褪色動力曲線與光褪色速率,在異苯二醯氯改善效果最佳。在添加氰基丙烯酸類(Aery)紫外線吸收劑配合抗氧化劑(B)時,則為間二胺基苯。當紫外線吸收劑配合抗氧化劑可產生協同作用,更加改善並減緩光褪色的情形發生。

The experiment are using different UV rays absorbent and anti-oxidant wiht different Basic dyes mixing partly with Meta-phenylene diamine and Isophthaloyl chloride in quartz cells to leave each other mixture in quartz tube. We analysis the color fading curve and color fading rate after the tubes shined by the carbon lamp. From the result of experiment; In the DMF solvent of the dyes and the Nomex monomer, the more UV-absorbers added the less color fading. The best effect is showed in Meta-phenylene diamine. The Isophthaloyl chloride shows the best result in the Nomex monomer absorce dynamic curve and absorce speed in the DMF solvent added theUV-absorbers (APS) hannony with antioxidant(C). The Meta-phenylene diarnine shows the best result when the UV -absorbers (Aery) harmony with antioxidant (B). The UV -absorbers harmony with antioxidant will create synergistic effect. It will improve and slow down the color fading.
