以電子束照射聚苯并噁唑纖維表面性質之研究

摘要


本研究的目的在於增加聚苯並噁唑纖維表面積,以期在複合材料的應用上與基材能夠結合良好並達最佳補強之功能。實驗以加速電子束打擊纖維表面,藉由改變加速電壓和劑量,在不使纖維強力受損過大之下,而造成纖維表面凹陷、空孔之情況。經由電子顯微鏡、接曼光譜儀分析纖維外觀結構之差異性。並以纖維強力、纖維與橡膠之粘結力測試其效果。經實驗結果得知,聚苯並噁唑纖維表面經電子束照射後,在照射條件800kV10Mrad得到最佳之粘結力,增加34%,纖維強力下降13%。

The purpose of this study is to added the surface area of poly (P-phenylene-2, 6-benzobisoxazole, PBO)fiber, and get the good efficiency on interfacial character between fiber and rubber. In this study, using electron beam irradiate by changing the accelerate voltage and dosage of electron beam to added the surface area. Observe the surface change by SEM and Raman spectroscope. Then the tensile strength and the adhesive force between fiber and rubber will be carried out to examine the effect of treatment. The results show that, 800kY, 10Mrad get the best adhesive force between fiber and rubber, increase 34%, and tensile strength of fiber decrease 13%.
