輕質纖維複合板耐燃性與機械性質之研究

摘要


本研究係利用回收之廢椰纖維原料,透過含浸不飽和聚酯樹酯(UP)與石膏、發泡劑(PU)混合,經加壓預乾、烘乾定型等過程製造成纖維板,並且藉由改變纖維板中PU發泡劑及石膏含量,探討產品之機械性質與防焰性質。結果顯示,石膏之含量在80g時,碳化長度可達防焰二級標準,餘焰時間可達三級之標準。而餘燼時響可達三級防焰標準,並且隨著PU發泡劑含量的提高,纖維板之抗彎強度、防焰性會隨之下降。

This research take the recycled coconut fiber as material. According to the process of patting mechanical properties and the best fanning condition. The result indicated that when the Plaster resin ration of fiber is over 80g, the sample has better molding and mechanical qualities are also become stable. According to the increasing of polyester resin, the mechanical properties of the sample are also increasing. But the quality of fireproof is decreasing.
