變化電極型式之靜電效應對不織布機械性質之影響

摘要


本實驗採用羅拉式梳棉機,在道夫下端加裝靜電感應裝置,利用靜電吸附的原理,吸引道夫上之纖維,使其纖維呈現雜亂排列,進而改變纖維在道夫上之排列方向,以降低縱、橫向強力比,藉以改善傳統不織布橫向強力不足的缺點,以達靜電亂纖之效果;研究中並配合改變不同電極型式及靜電電壓將所製成的織布棉網,測量其基重、厚度、爆破強度、拉伸強力、撕裂強力之性質,與傳統製程的棉網做一比較。由結果顯示,經靜電亂纖後的基重變化不大、厚度則會稍微下降,而爆破強度則有下降趨勢,在拉伸強力之縱、橫向比值方面,未經靜電作用比值為4.6,而經齒條狀電極靜電作用後則降低在4.0以下,在撕裂強力上,可看出不織物之縱、橫向撕裂強度比值,經靜電作用,由原先0.14提高至0.20以上。

In this study, we used roller card and added the device with electrode below the doffer to attract fibers on the doffer by using the principle of the static adsorb. The fibers were arranged at random and changed their arranged direction on the doffer. The MD/CD strength ratio decreased to improve the strength of the conventional nonwoven in the cross direction, because the fibers reached the effect of random arrangement. We measured the weights of unit areas, thickness, the bursting strength, and the tearing – electrode and voltage of static. The result shows that there is no obvious variation in the weights of unit areas through the randomly arranging by static. It decreases slightly in the thickness. And it decreases in the bursting strength. The tensile strength ratio of MD/CD of the web without randomly arranging is 4.6. The tensile strength ratio of MD/CD of the random web is improved up to 0.2.
