不水溶化DNA含浸不織布對Acridine Orange致癌染料之吸附性研究

摘要


本研究係利用去氧核糖核酸具有可吸附帶苯之物質之特殊性質對致癌染料吸附效果之探討,由於去氧核糖核酸具優良之水溶性質但卻也因而阻礙其應用之範圍。因此嘗試將此水溶性去氧核糖核酸以不同交鏈劑處理後探討改質後去氧核糖核酸的不水溶性,以及其對致癌性染料的吸附效果。結果顯示,去氧核糖核酸膜以硝酸銅為交鏈劑處裡後呈現良好之不水溶性效果,將此改質後之去氧核糖核酸對致癌染料進行吸附效果之測試後發現,無論以去氧核糖核酸膜單獨吸附或以去氧核糖核酸含浸不織布後吸附都可達到吸附86%~92%的效果,吸附達到飽和的時間約8天。

This research makes use of the study that the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) has and can adsorb the special property of the material of benzene compounds to adsorb result to the cancer-causing dyestuff. Because the DNA has good of water-soluble quality but also as a result the scope of to limit its application. Therefore we try to modify after using the cross-linking processing make the DNA insolubilized, and its cancer-causing dyestuff adsorb result. The result shows, the DNA film presents after taking copper nitrate to cross-linking processing as a result is good of insolubilized, the modified DNA finds after carrying on the test of adsorbing the result to the cancer-causing dyestuff, Not only adsorbing alone by DNA film but also adsorbing by DNA dipped non-woven fabric can reach to adsorb 86%~92% and adsorb time of reaching the saturation about 8 days.
