摘要

地球上存在著許多細菌，有的被人們所認知，有的還沒被人們所認識，從廣義上大致可分為有益菌與有害菌兩種。隨著科學技術的進步，人們對那些有害菌展開了研究以求人類自身的健康、衛生與安全。本研究係以真空濺鍍技術應用於織物表面金屬化抗菌加工布料之設計與開發作為主要的研究主題，並以主、客觀評估手法進行抗菌、抑菌之醫療保健布料相關性之研究，以期有效建立『人體－醫療保健服裝織材－環境』系統間獲得和諧性與平衡性的滿足，進而達到吾人醫療保健、安全與舒適性需求之目標。

There are a lot of bacterium exist on the earth, some know them, and some have not been known by people yet. We can roughly be divided into beneficial and harmful bacterium. People have launched research about the harmful funguses with the progress of science and technology, so that the mankind can gain more benefit of health, hygiene and security. ”The subjective & objective research of antibiotic fabric's surface by the material of metallic fiber” as the main theme about this research. To carry on the studying of antibiotic medical treatment and health care cloth by the subjective & objective evaluation method in order to obtain the concordance and balance among ”the human body-the medical treatment and health care fabrics-the environment” system, and then reach the goals of the medical treatment, health care, security and comfort about the mankind.
