吸濕排汗織物應用於跑步機動程之影響

The Influence of the Moisture Transferring and Quick-dried Fabrics after Exercise on the Treadmill

摘要


本研究利用不同的速度、坡度,來進行測試,分別檢測吸濕排汗織物和棉織物在跑步機下,所發揮之織物特性,進而探討其吸濕排汗織物最能發揮功效時之動程,利用心跳率、呼吸率、自律神經分析、交感神經以及副交感神經等來檢測,以得知吸濕排汗織物和棉織物最大差異之動程。

This study is to investigate the influence of the moisture-transferring and quick-dried fabrics after exercise on the treadmill. The different speeds and slopes of treadmill are used to analyze the differences between the cotton fabrics and the moisture-transferring and quick-dried fabrics. We can measure the heart beating, Autonomic Nervous System, various surface temperatures of human body, sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves to know the highest difference between the cotton fabrics and the moisture-transferring and quick-dried fabrics after doing exercise on the treadmill.
