輸送帶聚酯基布經紅外線預熱處理後其回潮率之變化

The study on Moisture Regain of PET Conveyer Belt Fabric after Pre-heating Threated by Far-Infrared

摘要


本研究係將聚酯輸送帶基布以遠紅外線加熱器二階段式處理,藉由遠紅外線將聚酯輸送帶基布表面之水分子予以細化、汽化與蒸發,以此強化基布與藥劑及橡膠之界面結合。結果顯示,經遠紅外線加熱器處理過後,在分段各處理加熱時間30秒且間隔停止加熱為15秒處理下之基布,聚酯輸送帶基布之表面的水分子有被蒸發與汽化而達到聚酯輸送帶基布之重量可減少,其回潮率達到0.05%。

The research is to pre-heat the PET conveyer be1t using far-infrared heater in order to remove the water on the surface. To improve the adhesiveness between the fabrics, rubber and Resorcinol Formaldehyde Latex. The results show that the fabric after Pre-heating by infrared with heating time of 30 second and in between stop for 15 second. The water on the surface of the fiber is increase and the moisture regain from 0.05%.
