聚丙烯不織布經乙烯基單體接枝與聚麩胺酸及幾丁聚醣交聯固定對敷料抗菌性及物性之研究

Acrylic Acid Grafted onto Polypropylene Nonwoven Fabrics Immobilized with γ-PGA and Chitosan for Wound Dressing: The Effect on Anti-bacterial and Physical

摘要


聚丙烯不織布為疏水性纖維,經乙烯基單體接枝後可增加其親水性及加工性,並形成敷料極佳之基材,若再以聚提麩胺酸(γ-PGA)固定其上可提供優異之吸水保溼功能及生物相容性,當配合幾丁聚醣將可製得具抗菌機能及修復傷口效果佳之生醫敷材。依結果顯示經丙烯酸接枝後之聚丙烯不織布其親水性明顯提升,固定率也隨接枝率和聚麩胺酸及幾丁聚醣濃度、固定時間上升而增加,而吸水膨潤性隨聚麩胺酸溶液濃度上升而增加並在添加幾丁聚醣後會趨降,但抗菌性和抑菌圈會隨幾丁聚醣溶液濃度上升而增加,且當接枝率15%,於70℃固定1%γ-PGA 30分鐘及固定3%幾經聚糖18小時可得良好抗菌效果之敷材並保有其吸水膨潤性。

The polypropylene (abbr. PP) nonwoven is the hydrophobic fabric. When it grafted with acrylic acid (abbr. AA) can improve hydrophile property. The modifed of PP nonwoven fabric was immobilized with a mixture of γ-Poly-glutamic acid (abbr. γ-PGA) and chitosan by cross-linkers. Those biomedical materials can enhance the biocompatibility and antibacterial properties for PP nonwoven. From experimental results showed the hydrophilic property is increased baldly for PP nonwoven. the immobilization ratio increased with the increase of graft yield of AA monomer, concentration of γ-PGA and Chitosan and immobilizaed time the swelling ratio increase with the increase concentration of γ-PGA but decreases with add Chitosan. Then the antibacterial and inhibition zone increase with the increase ratio of Chitosan. When the ratio of Grafted is 15%, Immobilized 1% γ-PGA abide 30 minuts in 70℃ and Immobilized 3% chitosan in 18 hours can get good antibacterial and swelling.
