漂白條件對含銀纖維竹碳紗抗菌除臭性之研究

The Antibacterial and Deodorizes of Polyester Yarn Blend with Silver Fiber and Bamboo Carbon Fiber by Blanch Influence Appraised

摘要


本研究是將含銀尼龍與竹碳聚酯纖維混紡後,利用銀纖維抗菌性、竹碳纖維除臭性、以及紅外線升溫性質等測試項目,量測銀纖維和竹碳紗的抗菌除臭性,並探討纖維遠紅外線升溫性質之關聯性。由實驗數據中可以得知,銀纖維其優良的抗菌效果,殺菌力約在2.60,抑菌力約在4.55,而竹碳纖維本身並無殺菌效果,但具消臭、吸附以及升溫效果,消臭率約為60%~78%,吸附率約為37.6%,升溫約在6℃~8℃,兩種纖維經藥劑漂白後,都會造成其效果大幅降低。

This research is to combine the antibacterial of Silver fiber and the deodorizing of the Bamboo carbon fiber, and with the arise temperature property of the Far-infrared. Then after test the relation between the arise temperature property of Far-infrared and the antibacterial deodorizes the nature of silver and Bamboo carbon fiber. We can see from the data of the experiment that silver fiber have good antibacterial effect, and its antibacterial approximately 2.60 and bacteriostasis approximately 4.55. The Bamboo carbon fiber itself dose not have sterilization effect but does deodorizes adsorption elevation of temperature. Its disappears smelly rate is approximately 60%~78%, adsorption rate 37.6% and elevation of temperature 6℃~8℃. Those two fiber after blanching will casuse a great reduce of its antibacterial deodorizes.
