介電層對EL布之發光亮度的影響

Brightness of Dielectric Layer on Electroluminescent Fabric

摘要


本研究以4:1的水性PU與鈦酸鋇粉,調配黏稠度1000、3000、5000cP,並利用塗佈刀以隔距0.5mm、1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm方式去塗佈介電層,再以隔距1.5mm塗佈螢光層,製成電致發光布,觀察塗佈厚度與發光亮度,在黏度3000cP隔距0.5mm時,有最佳亮度21.8lux,並用SEM觀察鈦酸鋇粉在介電層的分散情形,最後壽命測試48、72、96小時,無封裝下降的亮度是有封裝的兩倍。

In the dielectric layer ratio of 4: 1 for PU with BaTiO_3 powder, put into an auxiliary tinning silver wire made of electroluminescent fabric coated by knife gauge of 0.5 mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm with different viscosity(1000、3000、5000cP) and plus 1.5mm gauge of fluorescent powder coating. Observed coating thickness and luminance, have the best brightness 21.8lux, when the conditions of coating knife gauge 1.5mm, the viscosity 3000cP and gauge 0.5mm. Barium titanate powder was dispersing of the dielectric layer by SEM observed. At 48, 72 and 96 hours life testing, the brightness decline of the without package is twice then package.
