摘要

一雙好鞋可讓長者充滿自信與健康的走向戶外，提高生活品質，但市面上專為高齡者設計的鞋樣不多，製鞋用的高齡專用鞋楦因開發成本較高數量較少。本研究探討高齡者足部生理及常見疾病，比較分析市售商品，訪談高齡者生活習慣及穿鞋需求、製鞋業者、人體工學學者、3D列印工程師，彙整有關高齡者穿鞋需求的資料後，研究高齡者所需鞋款的特性，應用3D列印相關軟硬體技術，輔助製作目前製鞋業較缺少的高齡者特殊鞋楦，以製作出符合高齡者需求之鞋款，專題實務設計特殊鞋楦及鞋樣的開發流程經驗，可提供業界、學界及客製化設計，為製鞋業及照護業帶來無限商機。

A pair of good shoes can make the elderly full of confidence and health to the outdoors, improve the quality of life. Due to higher development costs, there are not many shoe lasts and shoes design for the elderly. This study was to investigate the physiological and common diseases of the feet of the elderly, analysis of commercial products, interviewing the living habits of the elderly and the demand for shoes, interviewing with footwear industry, ergonomics scholar, and 3D print engineer. After compile information on the demand for wearing shoes for the elderly, to study the characteristics of the shoes required for the elderly. Application of 3D printing related hardware and software technology, to make the lack of special elderly shoe lasts, to produce shoes with the needs of elderly people. The experience in the development of special shoe lasts, can provide industry, academia and custom design, for the footwear industry and the care industry to bring unlimited business opportunities.
