DNA奈米纖維的成形條件及其對染料吸附性之探討

摘要


本研究是採靜電紡絲製備DNA奈米纖維,以去氧核醣核酸(DNA)雙股螺旋結構嵌入重金屬化合物之特性來達到廢水水質淨化之作用。利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合DNA,並以靜電紡絲製作DNA奈米纖維,藉其表面積較大,吸附面積廣,開發具有吸附性之過濾材。在電壓18kV, 工作距離15cm,流量推速0.8ml/hr,10 wt%PVA/DNA混合液可紡出成形較佳之DNA奈米纖維,隨著DNA濃度提升,其吸附率愈高,其中以固定10 wt%PVA,製備之10%DNA奈米纖維最佳,經過240min後的平衡吸附最佳吸附率可達86.74%。

This study aim at using the characteristic of heavy metal compound which embedding deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) the double helix structure to purity wastewater from industry. In order to develop absorbable DNA filter material, DNA polymer solution mixed with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) in electrostatic spinning. its large surface area, adsorption wide area. The results point out indeed when 10wt%PVA/DNA mixture condition obtained the better DNA nanofibers morphogen. Along with DNA solution concentration enhanced adsorption rate, the best DNA nanofibers mixture condition was 10D10P. The adsorption effect was and after 86.74% after 240 minutes reached absorption equilibrium state.
