靜電噴霧製備絲膠蛋白/幾丁聚醣微粒吸附酸性染料之探討

摘要


本研究是利用靜電噴霧法製備絲膠蛋白混合幾丁聚醣微粒,吸附染液中汙染物,提升環境永續的功能,實驗得知3%幾丁聚醣以電壓為20kV為最佳實驗條件,再混合8%絲膠蛋白形成微粒。由於多醣體和蛋白質間會有微量的作用引力,結果得知當添加絲膠之微粒置入染料中,吸附率較未添加絲膠之微粒吸附率高出約11.9%,達到淨化汙水的功能。

In this study, sericin / chitosan particles were prepared by electrostatic spraying method. The effects of 3% chitosan on the environment were investigated. The results showed that 3% chitosan had a voltage of 20kV, working distance 10 cm, and the flow rate was 5 ml / min. The mixture was mixed with 8% sericin to form microparticles. The average diameter of the particles was 642.53 ± 1.962nm. As a result of the gravitational interaction between the polysaccharide and the protein, the results showed that when the addition of sericin particles into the dye, the adsorption rate was about 11.9% higher than that of the non-added sericin.
