摘要

本文回顧相關文獻，歸納出出虛擬組織相關之研究集中於電腦網路、關係網絡、企業功能、交易方式、產品內容等五大構面；透過個案分析出虛擬化企業特性等八項意涵陳述，以此為依據推導出一個整合式的虛擬企業定義：「若企業透過暫時性一般網路或永久性專屬網路作為訊息往來，採取緊密合作之關係網絡，並部分企業功能委外，以簡單交易方式，完成數位化即時性產品為主」。研究論可供組織欲改造為虛擬企業或診斷虛擬化參考依據，並使後續研究者得以清楚虛擬組織之演繹全貌。

We make a fully literature reviews regarding to the virtual organization by which we deduces a conclusion that the research of virtual organization concentrates construction on the following fields: computer network, relationship network, enterprise function, transaction method, and product content. According empirical cases on which we obtain eight propositions because the business attributes with respect to the virtualization have been analyzed. Then an integrated virtual business definition has been concluded that is a business use a general temple or specific unique network as information exchange, tightly corporation relationship, partial business outsourcing, simple transaction method, to complete the digital instant products as majority. This study would be a good reference for the reengineering and the evaluation of the virtual level, in the future, in addition to clear understand the whole deduction picture of virtual organization.
