丙烯酸酯-鹵素基異氰酸酯及丙烯酸酯-磷醯三胺化學改良對木材耐燃性與保存性之影響

Effects of Chemical Modification with Acrylates/Halogen-Containing lsocyanates and Acrylates/Phosphoryl Triamides on Fire Retardancy and Durability of Wood

摘要


本研究旨在探討木材經化學改良後之耐烯性、耐腐朽性與抗白蟻性。化學改良方法係將木材以兩種丙烯酸酯(acrylate):1,6-六二醇二丙烯酸酯(1,6-hexanediol diacrylate, HDDA)與2-羥乙基甲丙烯酸酯(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, HEMA),三種含鹵素基異氰酸酯(isocyanate):對氟苯基異氰酸酯(4-bromophenylisocyanate, FPI),對氯苯基異氰酸酯(4-chlorophenylisocyanate, CPI)與對溴苯基異氰酸酯(4-bromophenylisocyanate, BPI),及兩種磷醯三胺:磷醯三對苯胺(tri-p-phenyl phosphoramide, TPP)與磷醯三對甲氧基苯胺(tri-p-methoxyphenyl phosphoramide, TMP)等藥劑處理,再經過總劑量30kGy之γ-射線照射化學改良後,進行木材耐燃性、耐腐朽性與抗白蟻性評估。試驗結果顯示:木材以丙烯酸酯(1,6-六二醇二丙烯酸酯或2-羥乙基甲丙烯酸酯)混入含鹵素基之異氰酸酯/或磷醯三胺可以有效地改善其耐燃性、耐腐朽性與抗白蟻性。

The purpose of this research was to eveluate the thermal properties and fungal and termite resistance of chemically modified wood. The wood was chemically modified by reacting if with a combination of 1 of 2 acrylates (1,6-hexanedioldiacrylate, HDDA; and 2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate, HEMA) and 1 of 3 halogen-containing isocyanates (4-fluorophenylisocyanate, FPI; 4chlorophenylisocyanate, CPI; and 4-bromophenylisocyanate, BPI) or 1 of 2 phosphoryltriamides (tri-p-phenyl phosphoramide; TPP, and tri-p-methoxyphenyl phosphoramide, TMA). Then the treated wood was further irradiated by γ-rays at a dose of 30 kGy. Fire retardancy, fungal resistance, and termite resistance of the treated woods were evaluated in this research. Results indicate that treating wood with 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and halogen-containing is ocyanate or phosphoryl triamide combinations significantly improved its fire retardancy, fungal resistance, and termite resistance.
