不同居住型態老人社會支持與生活適應影響因素之研究

摘要

本研究主要在探討不同居住型態老人的社會支持與生活適應的影響因素，並將老人的居住型態區分為與配偶子女同住、僅與配偶住、獨居、住老人福利機構、與其他人同住五類，研究資料來自內政部2000年的台閩地區老人狀況調查原始資料，統計分析方法包括交叉分析、積差相關、多元複迴歸。研究結果顯示，與配偶或子女同住的老人所擁有的社會資源較多，影響其社會支持和生活適應的因素較複雜，而獨居、住在福利機構的老人，其擁有的社會資源較少，影響其社會支持或生活適應的因素較單純。整體而言，影響老人的社會支持和生活適應的主要因素為經濟和健康狀況，而且不同居住型態老人的影響因素也有所差別，因而在進行分析時應依老人的不同居住型態分開來討論。

This paper studies on influencing factors to the social support and life adaptation for the elderly. In this study, living style included living with both spouse and children, living with spouse only, living alone, living in senior welfare institution, and living with others. The data was collected from the Senior Citizen Living Condition Survey of 2005 by Ministry of the Interior in Taiwan, and analyzed with cross analysis, Pearson's product-moment correlation and multiple regression. The results are as follows: the elderly who live with spouse or children have much more social resources, influencing factors to their social support and life adaptation are more complex. The elderly who live alone or live in senior welfare institution have less social resources, influencing factors are simple. In conclusion, the main factors for the elderly about social support and life adaptation were economic and health status. According to different living patterns, the impact factors was differently, thus the analysis should be accorded to different living style for discussion.
