摘要

我們必須成為一個怎樣的社會工作者？面對全球化、社會新貧化與城鄉差距，社工實踐與教育有那些困難與桃戰？我們關於「社會工作」本身的反省何在？本文將提出「反思性社會工作」的觀點，探討「漂流社工」為社會工作所帶來的行動與意義，並嘗試提出社工實踐方法及教育的方向與出路。
1999年台灣集集大地震，一群從事災後重建的社工自許為「漂流社工」；他們發行電子報、舉辦漂流社工營、出版台灣第一本尃門探討社工議題的紙本刊物；他們擁有許多實務工作者與社工系師生的讀者，並成為許多論文及研究所考題所關注的現象。身為台灣農村、原住民部落與社會工作教育的實務工作者，他們經歷都市與農村發言位置與工作視野的差異；做為社會工作反思的力量，他們嘗試社工實踐方法的可能性，並提出社工教育改變的急迫性與外部壓力。
本文作者為「漂流社工」成員，將以實際參與實踐之經歷，提出多元的、異聲的「反思性社會工作」觀點，做為社工實踐及教育的另類視野與改革動力。

In 1999, the Ji-ji earthquake happened in the midsection of Taiwan, a small group of social workers named themselves as 'Replacing social workers'. They are both community workers in the peasant area and teachers of social work department in the universities in Taiwan. They criticized the situations of social work in Taiwan, and published e-papers and magazines about alternative social work, and also had some campaigns for the front line social workers. Some of their ideas and articles attracted the notice of social work students and teachers in Taiwan.
What kind of social worker we have to be when facing globalization, the new poor and the gap of urban and peasant area? Through her participation experience of 'Replacing social workers', the writer of this article criticized the practice and education of social work in Taiwan, and advocated the idea of 'reflective social work' about community practice and social workers' education.
