醫院早期療育社會工作評鑑理論與實作

1996年台灣開始推動發展遲緩兒童早期療育，早療工作強調卑業團隊合作提供兒童與家庭完整服務，社會工作是早療卑業團隊成員之一，早療社工在社政、醫療、教育領域提供兒童與家庭服務，與傳統兒童福利服務不同，醫院早療社工需要結合醫療、兒童福利等卑業知能，是新興、跨領域的實務社工。隨著對於服務績效的重視，評鑑已經是社會工作重要的課題，雖然已經有不少社工投入醫院早療社會工作，但是醫院早療評鑑缺乏社工專業工作模式、評估工具，沒有針對社工專業服務的評核項目。本文希望以評鑑理論、參考其他早療專業團隊的評鑑項目，建立醫院早療社工評鑑內容與指標，整合實務與理論、建立有實證基礎的社工模式，提升醫院早療社工專業品質。

The early intervention for the development delay children and their family is the new program for the hospital social worker. Early intervention consists in the provision of services such children and their families for the purpose of lessening the effects of the condition. The provider for the developmental delay child and family is from the multi-professionals, including the social worker. The role of the social worker is the administration and professional. They provide the family assessment and service, and work with the professional team. The early intervention for development delay child and their family is one of the child welfare in Taiwan; the program is cross the department of the social welfare, health and education. For assurance the service quality, the government was evaluation the hospital early intervention program. The social worker in the program evaluation is lack the structure of the professional work; they're marginal in the professional team. This article is discussion about the social worker in the hospital team for the early intervention, establishing the evaluation model of the hospital social work.
