大學圖書館評鑑之探討

本文主要探討大學圖書館評鑑之議題。首先闡述圖書館評鑑意義，介紹國際上績效評估與統計標凖等評鑑規範，以及美國學術圖書館評鑑實行情形。其次回顧我國大學圖書館評鑑的發展，探討電腦資訊與網路科技對大學圖書館評鑑的影響，與新發展的圖書館模式及其評鑑指標。最後歸納各項評鑑標準的重點內涵，對我國大學圖書館評鑑提出建議，以作為國內大學圖書館評鑑與未來經營發展之參考。

This article discusses about the course of library evaluation of academic libraries. It firstly introduces the meaning of library evaluation, international evaluation norms such as performance measurement and statistical standards, and the results of the evaluation situations in American academic libraries. Furthermore, it reflects the development of performance measurement in Taiwan academic libraries, and investigates the influence of internet technology to library evaluation. Finally, the authors generalize the key points of all the evaluation standards, and provide some suggestions of library evaluation and library management.
