廣域圖書館時代的大學圖書館

摘要

大學圖書館是屬於圖書館事業體系之一，故不能置外於圖書館事業發展的軌跡。廣域圖書館時代，50萬個以上的圖書館服務據點，有可能減併到5萬個圖書館，甚至更少。處於這樣時代的大學圖書館，必須先瞭解自身的處境，才能找到圖書館的發展定位與策略。本文擬先從圖書館的四個文明闡述圖書館時代使命的發展法則，進而說明在廣域化下的大學圖書館應有的體認；接著從圖書館的變換化管理，提出圖書館應該從過去、現在的變換化趨勢中，理出未來應有的因應想法與作法；最後提出圖書館知識管理與知識天空，作爲大學圖書館以「知識」爲服務管理核心的體認，將是發揮大學圖書館功能的可行途徑之一。

The academic library plays an important role in the development of librarianship. The amount of libraries will be probably reduced from 500,000 to 50,000 at the age of meta-library, even less than 50,000 libraries. To confront with such kind of situation, it is significant to confirm the developmental orientation and strategy. The article is divided into four parts to discuss. It firstly expounds the developmental rule and method from the four civilizations on the history of librarianship development; then it elaborates that academic libraries should have what kinds of recognitions; third, the article proposes some ideas and methods to coordinate with the library transforming management from the transforming tendency of libraries. It finally brings up the conceptions of knowledge management and knowledge sky as the core of service management for academic libraries, and will help to bring out the functions of academic libraries.
