在充滿壓力的當代社會,公共圖書館如何善用其豐沛之圖書資訊資源及專業的從業人員,針對遭遇情緒困擾問題之一般兒童,提供發展性書目療法服務,以協助兒童透過閱讀紓解個人之情緒困擾問題,實為值得公共圖書館界思考的議題。爰此,本研究透過半結構式深度訪談法,訪談30位臺北市與新北市地區之兒童、家長及老師,以了解彼等對公共圖書館提供發展性兒童書目療法服務之需求。研究結果發現,受訪者希望公共圖書館提供小說、漫畫、寓言與繪本類之情緒療癒閱讀素材,內容主題則包括人際、家庭、兩性關係與生命教育等議題。同時,受訪者亦認為公共圖書館可提供情緒療癒素材之解題書目及書目清單、將書籍依情緒困擾問題分類排架或舉辦相關之主題書展、設置情緒療癒專區,並提供遠距發展性書目療法服務。此外,提供此服務之館員宜親切且具備專業知識。期冀本研究結果,可作為未來國內公共圖書館規劃及提供發展性兒童書目療法服務之參考。
Lives in modern society could be stressful, including children's. Librarians of public libraries, in where abundant information resourcesare collected, should contemplate onhelping children deal with emotional disturbance problems by providing developmental bibliotherapeutic services. In this study, semi-structured in-depth interviews are deployed to understand the demand for developmental bibliotherapeutic service in public libraries. Thirty participants in total, including children, parents and teachers, have shared their opinions under this topicwith the researcher. The findings reveal that emotional healing comics and fictions which contain themes of interpersonal or love relationship, family issue, and life education are required. In addition, the participants consider public libraries providing annotated bibliography or book list of emotional healing resources, categorizing books under different themes, implementingrelated exhibition, and planting bibliotherapeutic service area in a public library. Long-distance service is recommended as well. Also, the librarians should possess cordiality and profession. Thisresearchis executed in hope to help the facilitation of bibliotherapeutic services in public libraries.
