我國名錄型資料庫發展現況與比較

名錄資料廣泛見於日常生活之中，間接記錄下國家、機構、組織、家族、甚而個人人際網絡之發展脈絡與架構，對於檔案管理與描述及學術研究上，極具參考價值。為擴增資料使用的便利性，近年來許多學術機構開始針對這類資料建置資料庫或發展類似性質之資料庫，本文為進一步探討「名錄型資料庫」之特徵、差異與使用限制，針對名錄之定義與差異進行探討，並分析名錄型資料庫之類型、功能與內容特徵，深入瞭解我國現階段各學術機構所建置之名錄型資料庫及其資料來源與性質，從而瞭解不同基礎架構下之資料庫特性與限制，以作為日後研究者在資料使用或相關單位資料庫建置時之參考。

The directory data is widespread in the ordinary living, which indirect recording the development context and structure of the state, institutions, organizations, families and personal networks. The directory data would be benefit to both archival description and scholar research. In the recent years, many scholar institutions start to establish directory databases. This paper discuss the features, differences and use restrictions of directory databases. Furthermore, the different types, functions and content features of directory databases were analyzed and compared. The results of this paper would be reference for establish the related directory databases.
