人力資本乃是現代企業競爭力的基石。本研究歸納整理學者對企業人力資本的定義與衡量指標發展問卷,進行實證研究,並以系統觀點將之區分為投入、轉換與產出,探討其關係並建立一人力資本系統模型。研究結果發現人力資本轉換中的員工創業創新能力對組織技術創新績效有顯著影響。人力資本轉換(高階主管知識願景領導力,員工創業創新能力)及產出與產業環境(不確定程度,變動程度,複雜程度)的交互作用對組織創新(管理,技術)績效有顯著影響。顯見企業乃是一開放系統,其內部之人力資本系統與產業環境確實有著密切的交互作用,並對組織創新績效產生顯著影響。
In knowledge economy century, almost all companies nowadays start to concern about their own human capital, because the core competitive advantages of companies do not come from physical capital any more, but from human beings who create virtual capital such as knowledge and skills. In this study, we try to build up a human capital system including human capital input, transformational human capital, and human capital output. The results showed that one of the transformational human capitals has direct effect on innovational performance. The interaction effects between human capital system and industrial environment significantly impact on managerial and skill innovational performance. It revealed that the organization is an open system in which their internal human capital system closely interacts with industrial environment and influence innovational performance.
