第一台刀術前作業改善方案

摘要


手術前作業過程是否順暢,直接影響到手術室的運作效率其中以第一台刀首當其衝,若有錯失即造成整個作業的延遲。本方案針對南部某醫學中心深入了解其手術室的運作後發現第一台刀作業順暢與否,需要時效的掌控、部門與人員間的協調、完善的制度以及良好的人員管理,乃擬定改善方案,包括簡化作業流程、訂定規章。加強人員掌控,並於1996年春季至1997年春季付諸實施。結果顯示第一台刀術前作業異常由1996年47.6%明顯下降至1997年22.2%,此外也縮短病患等待開刀時間每一台約45分,可見此改善方案的推動,確實能提高手術室的運作效率。

The smooth course of the preoperative affects directly the operating room efficiency, especially the first patient, for which if there occurs any mistake it may delay, even upset the whole operating room procedure. After studying the whole operating room procedure of a Medical Center at southern part of Taiwan, we found that the smooth course of the preoperative procedure requires effective time control、decent cooperation in participants and sections、successful system and fine personnel administration. The ameliorative project being performed through spring 1996 to spring 1997, which include system procedure simplification、 regulation revision and reinforced personnel administration. The result reveals that the abnormality in first patient preoperative procedure descended to 22.2% 1997 from 47.6% 1996. In addition, the average shortened 45 minutes waiting time of each case, thus we know that we took the right steps in improve the whole operating room efficiency.
