摘要

「遵從性」的定義繁多，身爲一個護理人員應深入加以了解此對所照顧個案之意義。而遵從性所外顯之現象，若從不同觀點與領域加以探討，將更形複雜。護理人員應在自身領域與哲理範圍內，建構一專屬之定義。本文根據Walker和Avant所提出的概念分折步驟，對遵從性的一般性與科學層面的使用方式加以分析，期能提供一個不同的觀點予護理人員，協助其在面對個案不遵從行爲時，能省思與判斷，並發揮其專業角色，在照顧過程中，參與且影響個案遵從與否的決策過程，協助個案正確處理其健康問題。

There are a numerous of definitions of ”compliance”. Being a nurse, it's important to understand what it means to patients that we care for. As a phenomenon, it is complicated by the different perspectives of different disciplines. Nurses need to define compliance in a manner that best firs the philosophy of the nursing discipline. This article makes a distinction between the ordinary use and the scientific use of the term compliance. According to Walker and Avant's steps for concept analysis. there are more and different views clarified in this article. To act effectively in professional field, nurses the challenged to involve an interactive and transactional process which allows for patients' choice and control in decision making about carrying oat the prescribed behavior.
