網路教學於護理在職教育訓練之應用

Network Education Application on Nursing Staff Continuing Education

摘要


隨著網路技衛迅速的發展及資訊科技的發達,帶動了世界各角落對網際綱路運用的脈動。醫療院所面對病患具有繁雜的作業特性,給合網路教學方案之運用緩解因工作特性接受持續性教育的困難,提供在職護理人員一個學習的重要途径,並能獲得更多的知識。在網路教學設置過程中應考量成本及內容品質,同時針對授課者與學習者進行准備,設立管理流程並提供問題解決管道,將有助於綱路教學之運用成效。雖然網路學習的模式可以節省學習者的時間與成本、可重覆聽講、上課的進度可依學習者的需求調整,提供了在職人士最佳學習管道,但其所帶來的自由與彈性,也容易因個人的惰性而使學習的連續性降低。這篇文章應用綱路教學提供了一個教導醫院人員持續學習的方式,這種顯覆傳統式的教育模式是否可以改善學習的限制及刺激更多的學習成效,是值得是進一步探討。

The developed technology application in network hits affected the use of the internet world-wide. Hospitals are facing the complex working environments for patient care, thus it is necessary to apply he network technology to solve the limitation of continuing education. However, the cost and quality of network education application should he taken into consideration, In addition, both instructors and learners should he prepared. and the management procedure and the problem-solving channels should be provided to improve the effectiveness of the network education. While the network education provides the advantages of time and cost saving arid individualized learning progress, the flexibility of learning process could lead to discontinuous learning due to learners' laziness. This paper gives an example of network education application in a teaching hospital for the staff continuing education. The advantages anti limitation of this process are described as well.
