某區域醫院肺結核病患護理指導之改善
Improvement of the Tuberculosis Nursing Guidelines in a District General Hospital
摘要
本專案主要目的是於2004年12月至2005年5月爲改善某區域醫院肺結核病患之護理指導。以北部某區域醫院胸腔內科的肺結核病患及護理人員爲收案對象，採實地觀察、訪談及肺結核病患疾病認知及接受護理指導調查表、護理人員對肺結核疾病照護認知及護理指導調查表，並透過護理指導流程的改變、護理人員肺結核教學教案及「肺結核防治」多媒體互動團體的運作等措施後。其結果顯示：一、肺結核病患疾病知識答對率爲26.4%提升為82.8%，態度從58.9%提升為94.7%。二、護理人員對肺結核疾病知識答對率為76.0%提升為100.0%，態度從74.0%提升為98.3%。此印證修訂護理指導改善的介入後，其對提升肺結核病患之服藥遵從行爲的確有其效益。

The major objective of this project was to improve the nursing guidelines of tuberculosis patient in a district general hospital. The study participants comprised of the nursing staff and tuberculosis patients in the chest ward. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, including evaluation of patient's knowledge about the disease and acceptance of nursing guidelines, and evaluation of nurses' attitude toward tuberculosis and nursing guidelines. The improvement program included revision of nursing guidelines and group exercises through multimedia interactive process. The results of this study showed the proportion of corrected answer of tuberculosis increased from 26.4% to 82.8%, and from 76% to 100% among patients and nurses, respectively. The attitude increased from 58.9% to 94.7% and from 74% to 93.8% for patients and nurses, respectively. The program was effective in improving patients' attitude toward tuberculosis and compliance with treatment.
