摘要

本文在描述一位雙胞胎妊娠之不孕症婦女住院安胎的護理經驗。照護期間自2005年5月1日至5月22日，以觀察、會談技巧及身體評估筆方式收集資料，期間共會談二十次，將個案所表達出語言及非語言行爲加以紀錄、整理、分析、歸類，以Gordon十一項功能性健康型態模式爲評估工具，並依Maslow需求層級發現個案存在有疲憊、睡眠型態紊亂及焦慮待三個主要的護理問題。筆者依據文獻運用教導自我評估、提供家庭支持、經驗分享、床邊生產教育及參觀新生兒加護中心等各種護理措施，協助個案以較正向的態度面對住院治療所帶來的各種不適，並監到孕婦及胎兒之安全使其順利返家安胎。

This article described the nursing experience of an infertile woman who had twins' pregnancy. The caring period was from May 1 to 22, 2005. The information was collected by observing, interviewing, and physical assessment. The verbal and non-verbal expression of the patient were recorded, sorted, analyzed, and induced. The Gordon 11-item Functional Health Pattern was used to evaluate the patient's health problem. From Maslow's theory of need, the patient was detected with three major nursing problems, including neurolysis, sleep pattern disturbance, and anxiety. The patient was provided with self-assessment skill, family support, experience sharing, education on bedside child birthing, and visit to the neonatal intensive care units in order to help her positively face various discomforts resulting from hospitalization.
