促進準爸爸提供生產支持之改善方案
Improvement of Being-Fathers Allowed Labor Support during Labor and Delivery
摘要
隨著社會變遷與生產知識的普及，生產不僅是準媽媽生命過程重要事件，對準爸爸也是親職角色轉變重要過程，準爸爸進入產房參與生產過程逐漸爲社會趨勢。本單位統計2006年1月至6月期間準爸爸陪產率爲79.47%，於2006年9月收集並統計32位準爸爸關於未提供生產支持的問題，發現確實有護理指導成效不佳的現象，經分析後確認問題除了因爲準爸爸擔心或害怕持產及分娩的情境。缺乏參與陪產心理準備與動機外，護理指導時間不足。缺乏標準護理指導單張內容息息相關，導致準爸爸對參與陪產認知不足。因此，於2006年8月成立本專案，藉由製作與陪產相關的護理指導單張及單位教育訓練，教導準爸爸運用非藥物放鬆技巧法協助配偶渡過待產過程對策。實施專案三個月後，準爸爸在陪產過程中提供生產支持執行率由20.4%提升至78.6%，也改善準媽媽對準爸爸參與陪產過程的滿意度以及提昇護理員工作成就感。在此，以期藉此專案增進家庭凝聚力，達到家庭爲中心的產科護理宗旨。

With the change of social trend and widely recognized childbirth knowledge, giving birth is no longer an important event in the life experience just for mothers, but also an important role change process for fathers. It is becoming a social trend for fathers to stay in the delivery room and participate in the process of childbirth. In our department, the proportion of fathers accompanying in the delivery room was found to be 79.47% from January to June of 2006. In September of 2006, we interviewed 32 fathers regarding reasons for not attending the process of giving birth and found that ineffectiveness of nursing instructions was one of the major factors, in addition to concern or fear of the possible unexpected situation during the delivery and lack of mental preparation and motivation to be involved in the birth giving process. This project began by creating nursing instructional information sheets and educational training program relating to childbirth accompanying process. The project instructed fathers strategies to adopt relaxing skills to assist their spouses go through the period before delivery. Three months after implementing the project, the execution rate of fathers providing support to the birth giving during the childbirth accompanying process has increased from 20.4% to 78.6%. It also improves the satisfaction rate of mothers to the fathers for their participation in the childbirth accompanying process, and raised the sense of accomplishment of the nurses for their work. We herein expect the project can improve the cohesion of family members, and therefore accomplishing the mission of making a familyoriented ideal of the obstetrics department.
