一位深頸部感染病患的護理經驗
The Nursing Experience of a Patient with Deep Neck Infection
摘要
本文是探討一位深頸部感染病患手術後期間的護理經驗，筆者於2006年8月15日至8月30日護理期間藉由直接照護、觀察、筆談、會談等方式進行資料收集，運用羅氏適應模式評估作爲指引，發現個案有疼痛、呼吸道清除功能失效、組織完整性受損及身體心像紊亂等護理健康問題，護理過程提供疼痛處理、維持呼吸道的通暢、傷口護理，並透過病友的討論分享與護理人員的鼓勵與指導，促使個案嘗試正說身體的改變，進而能導向有效性的身心適應，期望藉此護理經驗之分享，能提供護理人員臨床照護之參考。

This case study reported the nursing experience for a patient with deep neck infection during postoperative period. The duration of nursing care by author was between August 15 and August 30, 2006. The Roy's adaptation theory was used to assess nursing problem through direct care, observation, writing conversation, and systemic interview. The nursing problems included pain, ineffective airway clearance, impaired tissue integrity, and disturbance body image. Nursing intervention programs included pain management, keeping airway flowing freely, wound care, and encouraging the patient face her body by discussion with wardmates. Nursing instruction was also provided to facilitate her effective physical and psychological adaptation. This experience provided nursing staff with a reference for caring similar patients in the future.
