導入醫療團隊資源管理提升急診多重外傷照護流程

外傷病人入院經檢傷分類、診療、處置及護理，每個環節都須面臨不穩定變數，常因一個環節的忽略造成極難修復的傷害。本專案旨在提升外傷照護流程之完整性，經現況分析發現外傷照護流程完整性低（67.53%），原因有：1.外傷啟動正確率低（72.58%）；2.外傷團隊滿意度低（51.80%）。經專案小組擬定下列解決辦法：1.重新設置啟動多重外傷照護流程；2.舉辦多重外傷照護及醫療團隊資源管理訓練課程；3.拍攝外傷醫療團隊資源管理影片；4.推行醫療團隊資源管理於外傷團隊照護；5.舉辦外傷案例處置討論會。結果顯示，外傷照護流程完整率提升至90.91%；多重外傷流程啟動正確率提升至90.6%；外傷照護滿意度提昇至82.40%。本專案結果顯示，導入醫療團隊資源管理能有效提升多重外傷照護完整性，希望此方案可提供相關醫療單位作參考。

When a trauma patient is admitted and going through triage, treatments, procedures, and nursing care, s/he is facing a series of unpredictable variables. Any negligence might cause severe damages that are difficult to repair. The purpose of this project is to enhance the integrity of the trauma care process. Analysis of current practices showed that the potential problems included incomplete trauma care process (67.53%) due to low accuracy of trauma active (72.58%), and low satisfaction of trauma team (51.80%). In response to the problems, the ad hoc team prepared four solutions as follows: 1. Rebuild the process for activation of care for multiple traumas; 2. Organize multiple trauma care and healthcare team resource man-agement training courses; 3. Create resource management videos for trauma medical team; 4. Implement the medical team resource management for the trauma care team; 5. Organize seminars for trauma care. The results showed that the completion rate for trauma care process increased to 90.91%, the trauma care process activation rate increased correct rate to 90.6%, and trauma care satisfaction increased to 82.40%. The project showed that application of healthcare resources management team can effectively enhance the integrity of multiple trauma care.
