寧靜中全然的學習

Absolutely Learning in Silence

摘要


感官是身體內在與外在重要的溝通管道,而視覺獨大,佔83%。今天繁忙的社會,極大部分生活空間吵雜影響聽覺,大量使用手機、電腦及燈光影響了視覺,食安問題影響了味覺,不安全的環境讓多數感官的正常覺察力消退。爰此陽明山國家公園與臺灣聲景協會合辦戶外自然體驗,邀請視障朋友同遊,在緩慢、放鬆、寧靜中緩緩而行。發現寧靜中的自然,提供很好的學習氛圍及訊息接收狀態。所以當視覺暫時關閉時,12種感官(除視覺外)的功能得以有機會提高,而增強了學習的效益。

Our Senses are the important internal and external important communication channels, of a person's body, mostiy visual, accounting for 83% of our senses. In today's busy society, a large part of the living noises affect the hearing, frequent use of mobile phones, computers and lights affect the visual, food safety problems affect the taste, unsafe environment for most normal sensory awareness dissipated. For this, national park and the Taiwan Sound Association jointly sponsored a natural outdoor experience, inviting visually impaired friends in the tour, walking in a slow, loose, and quiet pace. Discover the tranquility of nature, provide a good learning atmosphere and the state of message reception. So when the visual sensor is temporary closed, other 12 kinds of senses (except for visual) can have the opportunity to improve, and enhance the efficiency of learning.
