傳統型卡波西氏肉瘤合併口腔侵犯 –病例報告–
Classic Kaposi's Sarcoma with Oral Involvement -A case report-
摘要
卡波西氏肉瘤可分為包括(1)傳統型(2)非洲型(3)合併後天免疫不全症候群(4)免疫抑制型 四種亞型。在合併後天免疫不全症候群之病患口腔病灶相當常見，但傳統型卡波西氏肉瘤病患則極少呈現口腔病灶。吾人報告一例76歲已婚男性從7年前開始在下肢開始出現許多紫色結節，7年後出現口腔病灶。皮膚與黏膜病理切片證實是卡波西氏肉瘤。人類免疫不全病毒之血清學檢查為陰性反應。

There are four subtypes of Kaposi’s sarcoma including classic, African, AIDS-associated and immune suppression. Oral lesions are usually seen in patients with AIDS-associated Kaposi’s sarcoma while the oral involvement in patients with classic Kaposi’s sarcoma is extremely rare. We report a 76-year-old married male with multiple violaceous nodules on his lower limbs for 7 years. An oral lesion developed seven years after onset of the skin lesions. Histopathological examination on the skin and mucosal lesions both proved to be the diagnosis of Kaposi’s sarcoma. Serum test for HIV was negative.
