摘要

表淺性上皮瘤伴皮脂細胞分化(SESD)是一個相當少見、良性、組織學上很獨特的皮膚腫瘤。本病例是一位66歲的女性病患在右邊耳後有一豌豆大小的無症狀棕色丘疹，發現大約有十年之久。組織病理下呈現了網狀架構及表淺性平板狀增生，腫瘤細胞主要是由基底樣細胞和一些鱗狀細胞所組成，且腫瘤下緣有皮脂細胞的分化。我們報告此病例並回顧相關的文獻。

Superficial epithelioma with sebaceous differentiation (SESD) is a rare, benign, histologically distinct skin tumor. Herein, we describe a 66-year-old female patient who had a pea-sized, brownish, asymptomatic papule over her right postauricular area for about 10 years. The histopathology showed a superficial plate-like growth in reticulated pattern composed of mostly basaloid cells and some squamoid cells with sebocytes studded in the lower portion of the tumor. We report this rare case and review the literature.
