Epithelioid Sarcoma -A Case Report and Review of the Literature-
摘要
上皮類肉瘤是一種很少見的、來源不明的軟組織惡性腫瘤，此病大多發生於年輕男性四肢的遠端部位。本文報告一例發生在19歲男性病患的右大腿，併局部淋巴結轉移之上皮類肉瘤。病理下，可見呈結狀增生之上皮類細胞及梭狀細胞，同時合併壞死的變化，另外也發現到一些有絲分裂及異型細胞。患者在診斷後即接受根除手術；在腫瘤切除一年之後，病患並無局部復發的現象。在本文中，我們也同時回顧了有關病的臨床、病理、及免疫組織化學染色部份的相關文獻。

Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare malignant soft tissue tumor of uncertain origin that occurs most commonly in the distal extremities of young males. Herein, we report a case of epithelioid sarcoma over right thigh of a 19-year-old man with regional lymph node metastasis. Pathologically, the tumor was composed of nodular proliferation of epithelioid cells and spindle cells with necrosis. Mitosis and cellular atypia were also noted. The patient underwent radical resection and remained free of disease one year later. We also review the literature about the clinical, pathologic and immunohistochemical features of this rare tumor in this report.
