Multiple Speckled Lentiginous Nevi -Report of a Case and Review of the Literature-

摘要
斑點狀小痣樣母斑，其特徵是許多顏色較深的斑點或丘疹散布在一塊褐色或淡棕色的斑塊上。組織病理下褐色斑塊呈現單純性黑痣，而其上的斑點及丘疹則為黑色素細胞痣。我們報告一例六歲男孩在頭頸部有多發性的大型先天病灶。此例為斑點狀小痣樣母斑臨床上較特殊的表現，且因其有惡性變化的可能，故須與其他良性色素病灶作鑑別。

Speckled lentiginous nevus is characterized by a tan or light brown background patch on which more darkly pigmented macules or papules are randomly distributed. Histologic examination of the tan patch reveals features of lentigo simplex, whereas the speckled macules and papules disclose melanocytic nevi. We report a case of a 6-year-old boy with multiple large congenital lesions one the head and neck. It is an unusual clinical presentation of speckled lentiginous nevus which must be differentiated from benign pigmented lesions due to a potential for malignant changes.
