摘要
一位十七歲女性，自幼來在左手拇指及食指的掌蹠面出現許夕線性排列之突出性角化性栓子，且被稍微隆起的邊緣所圍繞。病理檢查為典型的雞眼樣薄板層，故我們診斷為線性點狀汗孔角化症。在此我們報告此一罕見病例，並作文獻回顧。

A 17-year-old woman presented with a linear hyperkeratotic plaque surmounted with numerous, firm, tiny, 1-2 mm protruding keratotic plugs surrounded by a thin, raised margin, on the volar surface of the left thumb and index finger, since early childhood. Histopathologic examination showed typical cornoid lamellae. Accordingly, she was diagnosed as linear punctuate porokeratosis. We herein report this uncommon case and review the literature briefly.
