Neutrophilic Eccrine Hidradenitis in a Patient with End-stage Renal Disease
末期腎病患者出現之嗜中性球汗腺炎
摘要
嗜中性球汗腺炎(neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis)為一種不常見的、自限性的疾病，其臨床表現相當歧異。目前已知病例多為罹患腫瘤托受化學療法之患者。本疾病之共同特徵為組織切片下汗管及汗腺之嗜中性球浸潤及其管壁細胞之破壞與壞死。我們在此報告一病例，該病患為末期腎病患者接受持續式腹膜透析治療，於過去一年內重覆發生顏面及軀幹之紅疹樣變化。此次皮疹經口服抗生素與抗菌類固醇複方軟膏治療於一週內消失。

Neutrophilic eccrine hidradenitis (NEH) is an uncommon, self-limited dermatosis with a vari-Able clinical presentation. It is most commonly seen in patients receiving chemotherapeutic drugs for treatment of malignant disease. Neutrophilic infiltrate in and around eccrine coils together with necro-sis of eccring epithelium is the histologic hallmark of this disease. We report a case with end-stage renal disease undergoing continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis, who developed recurrent erythe-matous papules and pustules over his face and extremities for the past year. The eruptions resolved within a week under oral antibiotics in additional to topical steroid and antiseptic agent.
