127個乾癬連續病患所合併之系統性疾病
The Associated Systemic Diseases in 127 Consecutive Psoriasis Cases
摘要
文獻指出，某些系統性疾病常伴隨著乾癬發生於相同病患。我們收集了127位乾癬的連 續病患，並對這些病患之系統性疾病進行分析。我們發現冠狀動脈疾病、痛風、高尿酸血 症、高膽固醇血症及高三酸甘油醴血症比台灣地區人口有較高盛行率。C型肝炎、A型免疫 球蛋白腎炎及腎細胞癌亦可能有較高盛行率，然而其與乾癬的關聯性仍需進一步確認。

There are a distinct group of diseases alleged to be frequently associated with psoriasis. We col- lected 127 consecutive psoriasis patients and studied the significance of association with some systemic diseases. Coronary artery disease, gout, hyperuricemia, hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia were found to have a higher prevalence than in general population in Taiwan. Although hepatitis C, IgA nephropathy and renal cell carcinoma might have a higher prevalence, the significance of their rela- tion with psoriasis needs further investigation.
