摘要

本文提出一位慢性牙周炎患者的病例報告，患者治療前幾乎每顆牙都有5毫米，甚至達10毫米深之牙周探測深度，經過牙周基本治療、手術治療，包括翻瓣刮除術、牙周再生術等，六個月後全口牙周囊袋幾乎在4毫米以內，探測出血指數由原先80%降為4%，並且有82%牙齒得到3毫米以上之附連獲得，口內多處牙周骨內缺損經由不同處理方式如放置脫鈣冷凍乾燥異體移植骨或合併放置牙周再生膜或僅做翻瓣刮除術等，皆有明顯的附連獲得及放射線齒槽骨高度增加。

This article is a case report of a woman who suffers from chronic periodontitis. Before periodontal treatment, she had 5 to 10 mm deep probing at almost every tooth. She received periodontal initial phase therapy、flap surgery and guided tissue regeneration. After 6 months, her full mouth probing depth were almost under 4 mm. Initial 80% bleeding on probing improved to 4%. 82% teeth had more than 3 mm attachment gain. Multiple intrabony defects were treated with DFDBA, membrane with DFDBA or open curettage alone, They all got apparent attachment gain increased bone level proved by radiography.
