自然牙齒與人工植牙連接的病例報告與臨床考量
Combined tooth-implant Supported Fixed Partial Denture: Case Report and Clinical Considerations
摘要
人工植牙可以恢復牙齒缺失後的咀嚼功能。然而，無牙脊的骨頭高度和鄰近的解剖構造往往限制了植牙的可行性。如果可以將人工植牙與臨近的自然牙齒相連接，不僅避開不利於植牙的部位，而且還可以擴大植牙適用的範圍。但是必須考慮自然牙齒與人工植牙受力後沉降量不同，以及如何減少問題的發生。本文主要藉由病例報告說明臨床上所需注意的事項，並討論自然牙齒與人工植牙的連接。

Dental implants can be used for restoration of partial edentulous case. However, the bone volume and adjacent anatomic structure limit the feasibility of dental implant. Combining tooth with implant not only provides support for a fixed partial prosthesis but also allows to restore unilateral posterior edentulous segment when only limited implant can be placed. There are inherent differences in the mobility between natural tooth and dental implant. The dilemma should be considered for the design and fabrication of a prosthesis. This article presented a case regarding tooth-implant combination with rigid connector for fixed partial denture. The complication of combined tooth-implant restoration and the design of the prosthesis were also discussed.
